India is truly a subcontinent...not just a country...hence it can only be described in plural...there are always two extremes to everything... For instance, you will find many millionaires and billionaires.... at the same time you will find a large section of people below the poverty line.... Take education...we have the extremely qualified and well educated...at the same time we have those who are still illiterate... We have the finest dining experiences available while at the same time time, there are people who find it challenging to put together 2 square meals a day... We have the mighty oceans and the the highest mountains in the world...also, the lush tropical forests as well as the barren deserts.. It is impossible to use one word or adjective to describe any aspect of our country...It is like two sides of a coin... It would be a matter of pride for me to be able to use this platform to showcase our diverse culture, our UNITY IN DIVERSITY and the never-say-die spirit that binds us all together in this beautiful land...:)

My name is Florence – I am a library consultant and store manager in a fast growing family resource centre in Nigeria called Family First Resource Centre. I am also president of Real Life Foundation an NGO in Nigeria for teenagers. Our focus right now is on young girls between the ages of 12 – 23. Raising them as role models in the society, educating them on how to build character and integrity and most importantly to model to them how to relate with the opposite sex without loosing value and worth. Discover their potential and maximize it. To be young ladies of character who would be the future wives and mothers our world has been craving for.

"My name is Angela, I am an Italian woman living in the United States and I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in October 2006. In the past two years, while dealing with the difficulties of this disease, I created a project that I called 'Flowers 4 MS'. I view flowers as a symbol of hope, beauty and life and I feel they are the perfect representation of my dream, which is finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis and for all the rare neurological diseases that are so similar to it. Flowers bring joy and beauty in very simple, but wonderful ways and they speak to everyone’s hearts through their beauty. Through the sale of beautiful floral greetings cards, I raise awareness and funds to aid current Multiple Sclerosis research projects." http://www.flowers4ms.com
